Dusk till dawn

Dusk Till Dawn Film Festival Book, Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola. I designed and produced a 24-page book for Dusk Till Dawn, a hypothetical drama film festival celebrating directors known for their distinctive visual styles and thematic depth. My project focused on Sofia Coppola and her film Marie Antoinette (2006), exploring her use of color, sound, and composition to portray themes of youth, excess, and isolation. The Film Festival book was designed to fit the aesthetics of the film.

My focus was on the soft colors of the film, accompanied by bright, eye catching yellow. This project allowed me to explore the use of simplicity with complexity. Paring soft colors with intricate illustrations with bold colors and bright designs.
