Type Tales: A Journey Through Typography 2024, a show celebrating the expressive and narrative power of Type. The design needed to captivate attention, highlight the elegance of typography, and maintain a clear information hierarchy while using only typography as the primary visual element. Type was the main focus and goal.

Keeping this in mind I created two distinct design. Focusing on Type face and the emotion it conveys. Color was very important, making sure the poster stood out due to simple visuals with bold type. This led to the main poster, featuring a bright yellow, blue, and pink color pallet, with a bold narrow font, and a contrasting wide thin font.

Doing two designs with a typography heavy focused allowed me to explore pairing different colors with bold fonts. Pairing colors with fonts let me portray two distinct different moods within the posters.
